Nathalia Anzola is a documentary photographer based in London and Surrey, working between long-form projects and commissioned storytelling. Her work explores identity, memory, and care — documenting experiences often misunderstood or overlooked, from dementia and hoarding to love, stigma, migration, and the invisible labour of coping.
Her practice extends beyond the UK: from the landscapes of Colombia and the Alps, to the cliffs of West Cornwall, the streets of Paris and New York, and the slower rhythms of the South of France. Wherever she's working, the method stays the same — feeling for the beat of a place or a person before she shoots, and letting it unfold rather than forcing it.
She works across languages as easily as across lands. Alongside her personal work, she founded U+ME Studio, offering brand, portrait, and event photography, and has collaborated with organisations including Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Age Concern, and Bourne Hall.
