Nathalia Anzola is a photographer based in London and Surrey, working between long-form projects and commissioned storytelling. Her work explores identity, memory, and care — documenting experiences often misunderstood or overlooked, from dementia and hoarding to love, stigma, migration, and the invisible labour of coping. She is equally drawn to the intensity of crowds — carnivals, concerts, mass parades, protests, and major sporting events — always looking for the individual human moment inside the larger event.
Her practice extends beyond the UK: from the landscapes of Colombia and the Alps, to the cliffs of West Cornwall, the streets of Paris and New York, and the slower rhythms of the South of France. She works across languages as easily as across lands.
